Templates take a median salary and a list of standard Positions to make it easier for a company in an industry listed to immediately add their headcount and payroll info.
This can be done via clicking the gear wheel Settings in the top right of the ‘Hiring Plan’ page.
Fields in this category - such as Salary, Role, etc, things like Rate Increases and Taxes can be changed too.
