The Date Range View feature located next to Reports allows you to customize the time frame for viewing financial data, offering flexibility and precision in financial analysis.
With options to view data monthly, or within custom date ranges, this feature helps you tailor reports to specific periods.
This flexibility is useful for tracking short-term performance, comparing month-over-month growth, or analyzing specific project timelines.
It allows you to generate reports that fit your specific needs and helps in identifying trends and anomalies over various periods.
The next important options on the top row include Compare Scenarios (BVA) (with Forecast vs Actuals option in it).
The Forecast vs Actuals comparison feature enables you to evaluate your financial performance by comparing projected figures against actual results.
This feature highlights variances between your forecasts and actual outcomes, providing insights into the accuracy of your financial planning.
Use it to identify discrepancies, adjust future forecasts, and refine budgeting processes.
This comparison is crucial for improving the reliability of your financial predictions and for strategic planning.
The Share Button for Reports with Invite to collaborate; Share Externally; Export options allow for seamless distribution of financial documents to stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
With the Share Button, you can easily export and share financial reports in various formats.
This feature facilitates collaboration and transparency, allowing you to disseminate critical financial information to team members, investors, or auditors quickly. It ensures everyone has access to the latest financial data.

These features ensure comprehensive financial tracking and analysis, just like the Display Options below.
Lucid Dreams offers versatile column display options to enhance financial data analysis and reporting. These features allow users to view data monthly, quarterly, annually, and in overall totals, as well as toggle the visibility of empty accounts for a cleaner and more focused report.
Display financial data broken down by each month. This helps in detailed monthly analysis, allowing users to track performance and trends on a month-by-month basis.
Summarize financial data by quarters. This option consolidates three months of data into a single column for each quarter, providing a broader view of quarterly performance and simplifying comparison between different quarters.
Aggregate financial data for the entire year. This view provides a comprehensive yearly summary, making it easier to assess overall annual performance and identify long-term trends.
Display the total for the entire selected period. This option shows the cumulative financial data for the chosen timeframe, offering a complete overview of all entries and providing insights into the total performance.
Choose whether to display or hide accounts with no data. By toggling this option, you can simplify your reports by only showing accounts with relevant data, reducing clutter, and focusing on active financial entries.
